Role Description

We are seeking a psychologist/psychotherapist for an on-site role in Berlin (B2B contract). The successful candidate will provide individual therapy sessions, conduct psychological assessments, and contribute to promoting mental health awareness. Responsibilities include diagnosing mental health issues, delivering counseling sessions, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health
  • Experience in Counseling and delivering Psychological Assessments
  • A background in Medicine related to mental health care is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of workplace mental health programs is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, licensure, and a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or related fields
