INTERNSHIP CONTRACT MANAGEMENT/CONTRACT LAW/COMMERCIAL LAW (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

Are you ready to make a real difference and actively shape the future of our company? Then

• for an exciting internship in the field of contract law and become part of our dynamic Contract Management team
• Daily Business Support: Assist our contract managers in the sales/contract management department for Europe with their daily tasks and experience the practice firsthand.
• Contract Check: Help with the processing and review of customer-specific requirements and contracts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Meetings & Brainstorming: Actively participate in international meetings and contract discussions and bring your fresh ideas.
• Developing Sample Contracts: Work on the development of sample contracts and contract clauses as well as process instructions for the operational areas.
• Project Support: Assist with exciting projects and actively contribute to the further development of our contract strategies.
• Teamwork & Coordination: Coordinate and align with the specialist departments on contract topics to ensure smooth collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Studying Legal Studies, Unternehmensjurist/in (LL.B./Staats-examen), business law or a comparable degree program: You are in the middle of your studies and ready to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
• Microsoft Office Pro: You are very familiar with Word and other Office tools and use them like a pro.
• Language Genius: Your German and English skills are excellent, and you can express yourself confidently in both languages.
• Independent Working Style: You work independently and in a structured manner, keep an overview even in stressful situations, and always find a solution.
• Communication Pro: You are sociable, have a quick grasp, and can integrate well into a team.
• Committed All-rounder: Commitment, flexibility, and initiative are a given for you, and you are always ready to take on new challenges.
• The internship is a mandatory part of your studies, and you are available for a period of at least 4 months, preferably longer (up to 6 months).
