Bei Pukka stehen wir für nachhaltigen, fairen, und persönlichen Schmuck. Wir schließen die Lücke zwischen Echtschmuck und Modeschmuck mit unseren handgefertigten Stücken. Dabei garantieren wir ein Höchstmaß an Integrität und Qualität durch unsere komplett eigene, innovative Wertschöpfungskette. Unsere minimalistischen Designs sind von der Vielfalt unserer Herkünfte inspiriert. Die Verschmelzung von 3 Städten: Berlin, Nairobi und Bombay. Pukka steht nicht nur dafür, gut auszusehen, sondern auch dafür, sich gut zu fühlen

Aufgaben

Was Deine Aufgaben sind

  • Selbstständige Verkaufsabwicklung

  • Sicherstellung der kanalübergreifenden Kundenzufriedenheit

  • Eingabe von Kunden- und Verkaufsdaten in das entsprechende Softwaresystem

  • Individuelle Ehering- und Verlobungsringberatungen

  • Beaufsichtigung des After Sales Service

  • Administrative Aufgaben im Geschäft

Qualifikation

Was Du benötigst

  • Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil

  • Fließend in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

  • Ausbildung als Goldschmied ist von Vorteil

  • Management-, Organisations- und Verkaufsfähigkeiten

  • Initiative, Kommunikationstalent und Geschäftssinn

  • Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung

  • Teamplayer-Mentalität

  • Basiskenntnisse IT
