Wir suchen eine hochmotivierte und neugierige Persönlichkeit als Data Scientist zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Rolle entwickeln Sie neue Produkte, verbessern bestehende Lösungen und unterstützen innovative Projekte. Sie arbeiten mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um statistische Lösungen und prädiktive Modelle zu entwickeln, Erkenntnisse aus komplexen Datensätzen zu gewinnen und zur Entwicklung skalierbarer Analyseplattformen beizutragen.

Hauptaufgaben

• Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Analyse-Lösungen unter Einsatz fortgeschrittener statistischer Methoden, Machine Learning und GenAI.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsbereichen, Softwareentwicklung und Produktionsteams zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Angebote und Ad-hoc-Analysen durch Anwendung statistischer Expertise in Bereichen wie Anomalieerkennung zur Qualitätskontrolle, Datenimputation und Prognosemethoden.
• Unterstützung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Patienten- und kommerzielle Analytik durch Anwendung modernster Methoden aus Machine Learning, Kausalanalyse und GenAI.
• Beantwortung komplexer Kundenanfragen zur Datenqualität, Trends und Dateninhalten sowie effektive Kommunikation technischer Konzepte und Analyseergebnisse gegenüber einer vielfältigen Stakeholder-Gruppe – mit dem Ziel, Erkenntnisse in umsetzbare Geschäftseinblicke zu übersetzen.

Qualifikationen

• Master oder Promotion in Data Science, Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Data Science/quantitativer Datenanalyse oder Promotion mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden und Machine Learning.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, SQL und Machine Learning Frameworks.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen, funktionsübergreifenden Team zu arbeiten.
• Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
• Kenntnisse des Pharmamarktes, Erfahrung mit pharmazeutischen Daten (medizinische, Krankenhaus, Apotheken, Abrechnungsdaten) sowie mit GenAI sind von Vorteil.

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will develop new products, enhance existing solutions and support innovative projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop statistical solutions and predictive models, uncover insights from complex datasets, and contribute to the development of scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development and deployment of innovative analytics solutions using Advanced Statistical Methods, Machine Learning and GenAI.
• Collaboration with business units, software engineering and production teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Support in development of new offerings and ad-hoc analysis applying statistical expertise in areas such as anomaly detection for quality control, data imputation & projection methodologies.
• Support client projects for patient and commercial analytics applying state of the art methods from machine learning, causal analysis and GenAI.
• Respond to complex client questions regarding data accuracy, trends, data content and effectively communicating technical concepts and analytical outputs to a diverse stakeholder group, translating findings into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in data science/quantitative data analyses or PhD with some relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Statistical & Machine Learning methods.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market, experience with pharmaceutical data (medical, hospital, pharmacy, claims data) and in GenAI is a plus.
