The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial management of overseas subsidiaries
  • Formulate and optimize various financial management, accounting systems and financial work processes and implemented them according to Chinese and international accounting standards and internal control requirements of the Group
  • Organize daily accounting of overseas subsidiaries and prepared monthly financial statements as required. Strictly review all business documents to ensure their accuracy, completeness and compliance
  • Reasonably control various costs, analyze financial status, provide financial support, and prevent business risks
  • Coordinate the relationship with banks, organize the preparation of overseas subsidiary capital budget and standardize implementation, and ensure the company's capital safety
  • Make tax planning and management according to the tax policies of the countries where overseas subsidiaries are located to reduce tax risks
  • Coordinate and handle the relationship with various departments of overseas subsidiaries, cooperate with the Group and external institutions in the annual audit of overseas subsidiaries, and provide relevant materials
  • Participate in the preparation and revision of the annual budget and business plan of overseas subsidiaries, and supervise the implementation to ensure the smooth achievement of various objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, ACCA, AICPA preferred, related field 5+ years of relevant experience, and more than 3 years of manufacturing financial management experience, familiar with overseas financial accounting process
  • Familiar with international accounting standards, understand overseas financial laws and regulations and tax policies (EU countries)
  • Fluent in English and German
