Job description Interaction Designer at Social Impact Republic's Impact Accelerator

What you can expect:

  • Full-time employment at a startup with social impact for at least three months

What you should bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training in interaction design, user experience design, human-computer interaction, UX/UI, or a similar field

  • The problems of users and the usability of the product form the basis of your approach

  • You are highly motivated, flexible, and want to work in a startup environment

  • You want to change society for the better

  • You want to solve problems and think in a solution-oriented way

  • The problems of users and the usability of the product form the basis of your approach

  • You have initial experience in digital product development and agile working methods in a multifunctional product team

  • You are a strong communicator and a real team player

  • You are fluent in English and can participate in conversations in German (B2)

  • You are available from January 12, 2026, to March 27, 2026
