WHAT YOU DO
  • Operative Leitung & Reporting: Du verantwortest das tägliche Store-Management, erstellst Reportings und steuerst den Erfolg basierend auf relevanten KPIs.
  • Teamführung & Organisation: Du übernimmst die Personaleinsatzplanung, motivierst dein Team und schaffst eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre, in der sich Mitarbeitende und Kunden wohlfühlen.
  • Brand Experience & Service: Als Gastgeber repräsentierst du die Marke, baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und stellst durch Coaching deines Teams eine exzellente Servicequalität sicher.

    WHO YOU ARE

  • Mindset & Branche: Du begeisterst dich leidenschaftlich für die Automobilindustrie, Storytelling und Experiential Marketing. Neue Retail-Formate siehst du als Chance, den Status quo kreativ herauszufordern.
  • Auftreten & Arbeitsweise: Dich zeichnen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, eine hohe Serviceorientierung sowie ein selbstbewusstes, positives Auftreten aus. Du bist ein motivierender Teamplayer, der eigenverantwortlich handelt.
  • Sprachen: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z. B. Italienisch, Spanisch, Arabisch, Russisch oder Chinesisch) sind ein wertvolles Plus.
