Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, sauberere Mobilität für alle zu ermöglichen und den Weg in eine CO₂-ärmere Zukunft zu ebnen. Dies erreichen wir durch die Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Ladelösungen für Elektrofahrzeuge – zu Hause, am Arbeitsplatz und unterwegs.

Mit einigen der leidenschaftlichsten und erfahrensten Köpfe an unserer Seite wollen wir das Laden einfach und zugänglich machen. Unsere preisgekrönten Services umfassen Ladestationen, eine mobile App und eine Ladekarte, die Zugang zu Ladepunkten in über 33 Ländern bieten.

DEINE MISSION BEI SHELL RECHARGE SOLUTIONS

Als DC Operations Specialist gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft der Elektromobilität mit. Du verantwortest die Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Optimierung unserer öffentlichen Schnellladeinfrastruktur in der DACH- und CEE-Region. Gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partnern sorgst du für eine zuverlässige Ladeerfahrung – an Tankstellen, Destinationen und weiteren Standorten.

DEINE AUFGABEN IM BEREICH ELEKTROMOBILITÄT

· Projektmanagement bei Inbetriebnahmen von DC-Ladepunkten inkl. Integration ins Charge Point Management System (CPMS)

· Erfolgreiche Wiederinbetriebnahme oder Außerbetriebnahme von Ladegeräten bei Änderungen im Netzwerk

· Technische Fehleranalyse mithilfe von Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) und Bereitstellung technischer Expertise für Korrekturmaßnahmen

· Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern wie Ladesäulenherstellern oder Zahlungsdienstleistern zur Sicherstellung der Ladeverfügbarkeit

· Reisetätigkeit zu Shell-Standorten für Tests und Wartung

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSSE-Richtlinien


DEIN PROFIL

· Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Elektromobilität

· Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise Ausbildung oder Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik

· Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und agilem Arbeiten

· Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Ergebnisorientierung

· Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Microsoft Excel. Weitere Tools wie Power Bi oder Microsoft Access sind von Vorteil

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

· Führerschein Klasse B
