MISSIONS

  • Responsible of Project Leader overseeing Manufacturing Engineering projects specifically related to Aircraft manufacturing, within a dynamic aerospace industry.
  • Manage and coordinate project execution, encompassing planning, coordination, and control.
  • Foster close collaboration with customers, ensuring effective communication of project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and sales to prepare quotations and calculations for customers.
  • Handle resource planning and quality management to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and track project phases, including reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Manage complaints, implement risk management strategies, and lead project meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Hold a successfully completed technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Possess relevant professional experience in project leadership or project management (Minimum 4 years' experience).
  • Demonstrate initial leadership experience with teams.
  • Proficient in CAD tools such as Catia V5.
  • Exhibit excellent written and spoken proficiency in German & English (C1 level).
  • Work in an independent, structured, and result-oriented manner, with strong communication skills.
