On December 9th, we are hosting a
Cabin Crew Information Day
in Cologne. This unique event is designed to give a realistic and engaging insight into the cabin crew profession and connect with motivated individuals who are ready to take the next step. We will start with a presentation of the company, and from 11:00 our recruiter will be available for interviews.

Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start on a
6-week training course
, where you will learn all of the fundamental skills required for your day-to-day role delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to our guests. During the course you will be required to study with exams taking place at regular intervals. The training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are endless, including becoming a Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to become our Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, however it is also a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You will be required to operate both early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 am on the early roster and not returning home until midnight on the late roster. Requirements
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
- You must approximately be between 5 "2 (157 cm) and 6" cm) in height.
- You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
