For our US team, we are looking for an Technology Administrator (m/f/d). The Technology Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the seamless technical execution of our events, from setup to delivery, thus contribute significantly to the success of the events. You work comfortably from home.

THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT- Build and configure our event technology platform Cvent, including Meeting Request Forms (MRFs), workflows, the budget module, and reporting functions.
- Collaborate with the project lead and client to design, develop, and manage event websites that deliver a seamless user experience and align with client branding.
- Build and configure event mobile applications to enhance engagement and accessibility.
- Oversee on-site (on-arrival) technology setup and management to ensure smooth event operations and timely issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and platform administration for virtual and hybrid events hosted on our virtual platform Magnid.
- Create and maintain strategic reporting for consolidated meeting programs.
- Strategize with leadership to identify technology and reporting needs and determine appropriate platforms to meet business objectives.
- Proven experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent or comparable tools.
- Strong understanding of event workflows, data management, API integrations, and reporting processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with clients, project leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support on-site program operations as needed (including occasional weekends).

- The expected annual base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, depending on skills, experience, and performance.
