You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:

  • An accounting background, preferably studying Business Administration etc.
  • Experience working with an ERP system; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • A proactive mindset with great attention to detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support different areas of finance
  • Motivation to grow and take on responsibility in a dynamic, international team

Transform yourself and take responsibility for:

  • Recording bank transactions and ensuring all payments are posted to the correct accounts
  • Recording credit card statements on a monthly basis
  • Supporting the team in processing PO invoices and reconciling open items
  • Tracking reminders and helping to clarify open issues
  • Managing travel expenses by uploading data from the travel expense tool and creating new employees in the ERP system
  • Preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) for one of our companies - if you already have relevant experience - and sharing responsibility with others
  • Providing flexible support across other areas of finance as needed
