Single Family Office
mit Sitz in München. Das Family Office verwaltet ein breit diversifiziertes Vermögen einer unternehmerisch geprägten, sehr langfristig orientierten Unternehmerfamilie. Dazu zählen u. a.
Immobilieninvestitionen, Beteiligungen, Hospitality-Projekte, Liquiditäts- & Cash-Management
, sowie Vermögensstrukturierung über verschiedene Assetklassen hinweg.

Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine fachlich starke, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftreten, die Freude daran hat, in einem vertrauensvollen und bodenständigen Umfeld mitzuwirken, mit realer Entwicklungsperspektive bis hin zur Geschäftsführung in den kommenden Jahren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Laufende Betreuung und Administration der Vermögenswerte des Family Offices
  • Operatives Liquiditäts- & Cashflow-Management
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsentscheidungen (Immobilien, Hospitality, Edelmetalle, alternative Assets etc.)
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung technischer und finanzieller Due Diligences
  • Analyse und Bewertung neuer Investments (keine M&A/PE-Schwerpunktrolle)
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis zu steuerlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Kontext eines Family Offices
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Kanzlei in steuerlichen, rechtlichen und finanzwirtschaftlichen Themen
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen, HGB-Beurteilungen, Reporting und Strukturierungen
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder der Familie
  • Unterstützung im täglichen Office- und Vermögensmanagement
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten rund um Immobilienentwicklungen, Renovierungen, Hospitality-Projekte und operative Investments
  • Vertrauensvolle Schnittstelle zur Familie sowie zu Partnern, Dienstleistern und Beratern

Ihr Profil

  • Hintergrund aus
    Wealth Management
    ,
    Vermögensverwaltung
    ,
    Family Office
    ,
    Immobilienwirtschaft
    ,
    Asset Management
    ,
    Steuerberatung
    oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
    HGB
    und im
    Steuerrecht
    (Stiftungs-, Gesellschafts- oder Vermögensstrukturen von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise sowie hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Professionelles Auftreten und ein sicherer Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Persönlichkeiten
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Office und schätzen kurze Wege, direkte Abstimmung und Verantwortung (max. 1 Tag Homeoffice pro Woche möglich)
  • Freude an einem langfristigen, stabilen Umfeld mit echter Perspektive, auch in Richtung
    Gesamtverantwortung/Geschäftsführung
