As Technical Cleaning & Filter Specialist in the Paint Shop, you are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the filter systems used in the paint shop to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to environmental regulations. The role involves inspecting, cleaning, replacing, and maintaining filters in booths, ovens, PTED, and other air handling systems essential to the paint application process.
You will organize and perform the filter change activities during your shift and be the contact person for filter topics in the paint shop.
What You'll Do
Filter replacement and troubleshooting
- Coordinate and replace the filter change based on schedule, differential pressure or as needed to maintain system performance
- Perform routine inspections of the spray booths, air supply units, PTED and other paint shop equipment
- Diagnose issues related to airflow, filter efficiency or contamination in the paint application process coordinate with maintenance teams regarding complex issues and perform necessary repairs, and start-up support.
- Operate the equipment for the equipment need it for the filter change.
Inventory and Hygiene Monitoring
- Work with Tesla database to manage inventory, re-order, coordinate delivery and movement of filters.
- Document filter changes, inspection activities and system performances.
- Ensure the maintenance of Hygiene standard.
- Work closely with paint shop maintenance team, supervisors, operators, and engineers.
Technical Cleaning
- You will be the contact person for organizing potential cleaning activities during the shift.
- You take care of minor escalations and difficult concerns, get in touch with the responsible internal teams to solve the problem.
- Organize transporting trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas.
- Follow the deep cleaning activities and perform decontamination of production machinery if need it.
- Handle chemical cleaning substances.
