AGC Biologics GmbH sucht derzeit zur Unterstützung der "Quality Unit" im Bereich "Quality Control / Bioassay" ab sofort einen "Technician - QC Bioassay (m/w/d)". Die Stelle ist im Rahmen von Elternzeitvertretung zunächst bis befristet. Es besteht die Option zur anschließenden Verlängerung/Übernahme.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Analyse von Biopharmazeutika mit unterschiedlichen Analysetechniken: Ph. Eur. Methoden (z.B. Visuelle Untersuchung, pH, Endotoxine), qPCR, Spektroskopische Protein- und Aktivitätsbestimmung (z.B. ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot)
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Analysen im GMP Umfeld
• Unterstützung bei relevanten Gerätequalifizierungen
• Probenorganisation und Logistik unter GMP
• Bioanalytik zur Prozessbegleitung USP und DSP
• Unterstützung bei relevanten Qualitätsdokumenten wie Abweichungsberichten, CAPAs und Änderungsanträgen
• Experimentelle Durchführung von Methodenvalidierungen

Anforderungen:

• Erfolgreiche Ausbildung (z.B. CTA, BTA, Biologielaborant oder gleichwertig) oder Bachelor-Abschluss, idealerweise mit 2+ Jahren Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
• Sehr gutes praktisches und technisches Verständnis für methodische Fragestellungen Technician (BTA/CTA) - QC Bioassay (w/m/d)
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Proteinanalytik
• Berufserfahrung im GMP-reguliertem Labor ist von Vorteil
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und sehr gutes Organisationstalent
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Gültige Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis
