Engineer People Lead (m/w/d)

Aufgaben - Fachlich


• Kein spezifisches Plattform- oder Projekt-Know-how erforderlich, aber gutes

technisches Grundverständnis


• Versteht die Bedürfnisse der Entwickler:innen und Tech Leads und sorgt für

ein förderliches Umfeld


• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern (PO) und Tech Leads zur

Abstimmung von Entwicklungs- und Weiterbildungszielen


• Stellt sicher, dass die Organisation aus technischer Sicht langfristig so

aufgestellt ist, dass sie den Herausforderungen auf dem Markt und in den

Projekten begegnen kann (Skill-Mix, Seniorität, Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen)

Aufgaben - Mitarbeiterführung


• Disziplinarische:r Vorgesetzte:r aller Entwickler:innen


• Verantwortlich für Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Karrierepfade und individuelle

Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (nicht zwingend: Durchführung)


• Durchführung regelmäßiger 1:1-Gespräche


• Durchführung vierteljährlicher Feedback-Gespräche


• Durchführung von Gehaltsverhandlungen


• Holt kontinuierlich 360°-Feedback der Tech Leads/Kolleg:innen (Hard Skills)

und PO's (Soft Skills) zu fachlicher Entwicklung einzelner Entwickler:innen ein


• Verantwortlich für Motivation, Konfliktmanagement und Teamentwicklung


• Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Entwickler:innen


• Verantwortlich für die Vollständigkeit der Arbeitszeiterfassung
