Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

Become part of SECO Northern Europe. At our locations in Hamburg, Wuppertal, Stuttgart, and Chennai/India, we are a team of around 190 employees. Together, we develop and produce state-of-the-art technological solutions, from miniaturized computers to fully customized integrated systems that combine hardware and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining QA documentation and product standards
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring of customer requirements
  • Analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends and root causes of process deviations
  • Moderating cross-functional teams to resolve internal product deviations and/or customer complaints
  • Collaborating with R&D and Engineering for product and process validation
  • Implementing and monitoring quality KPIs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar qualification
  • Track record in quality management and previous experience in a manufacturing company
  • Experience in the application and implementation of ISO 9001 certification is a plus
  • Effective Problem-Solving techniques  
  • Clear communication skills, teamwork and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, experience with SPC quality tool is a plus
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
