What You'll Do:
- Drive Results: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage a high volume of inbound leads to fuel pipeline growth.
- Be the Expert: Champion our client's products, guiding prospects with a structured sales approach that builds lasting relationships and shortens the sales cycle.
- Deliver Solutions: Collaborate with clients on their tech strategies, offering tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
- Lead with Strategy: Implement sales tactics to convert leads and support revenue growth, partnering with both leadership and customers.
What Were Looking For:
- Sales Proficiency: 18-24 months as an SDR in SaaS/IT or 6-12 months in B2B sales, with experience in SaaS, software vendors, or systems integrators.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in both German and English with a knack for prospecting, discovery calls, and impactful presentations.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and thriving in team settings.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about new technologies, quick to convey technical and business value propositions.
