Als Praktikant (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Analyse, Standardisierung und Optimierung unserer Steuerungssysteme und leistest einen direkten Beitrag zur Entlastung unserer operativen Teams.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse & Optimierung: Du analysierst die bestehende Alarmflut und identifizierst die Hauptursachen für Alarme und wiederkehrende Störungen.
  • Standardisierung: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Implementierung eines standardisierten Alarmmanagement-Konzepts nach dem internationalen Standard ISA18.2, um eine einheitliche und nachhaltige Struktur zu schaffen.
  • Datengetriebene Prozesssteuerung: Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und dem Monitoring von zentralen KPIs mit, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen (z. B. Reduzierung der Alarme und Senkung des "Out of Service"-Status).
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Technical Service (TS) Abteilungen zusammen, um Systemrisiken zu minimieren, die Teams im Schichtbetrieb zu entlasten und als Ansprechpartner für das Thema Alarmmanagement zu fungieren.
  • Wissensmanagement: Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Dokumentationen, um ein einheitliches Wissensniveau zum Gigafactory Control System (GCS) im gesamten Technical Service sicherzustellen.
  • Digitalisierung von Wartungsprozessen: Du analysierst bestehende Wartungsaufträge entwickelst Konzepte zur besseren Integration und Nutzung von Anlagendaten aus dem GCS.

What You'll Bring

  • Laufendes, oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise.
  • Idealerweise erstes theoretisches oder praktisches Verständnis von Steuerungssystemen (SPS, SCADA) und industriellen Prozessen.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme.
  • Erfahrungen mit dem internationalen Standard ISA18.2 vom Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
