Unser Pricing und Planning-Team ist zentral für die operative Steuerung des About You Outlets. Du stellst mit Deinem Team optimale Preise für Aussteuerung unserer Sortimente nach KPI Vorgaben sicher, verantwortest das auf vielen täglichen Deals basierende Angebot des Outlets, immer im Spannungsfeld von Kundenbedürfnissen und Performance-Ziele für unsere Sortimente. 

Als Team Lead Pricing & Planning About You Outlet (m/w/d) arbeitest Du stark analytisch sowie strategisch, dabei hast Du den Überblick über alle relevanten KPIs zur Preissteuerung und dem Management unseres Assortments. Der Bereich befindet sich stetig im Wandel, daher hast Du die Chance, Deine Kreativität und Innovationsstärke einzubringen, um das Team voranzubringen. Darüber hinaus hast Du die fachliche – und disziplinarische Verantwortung für Dein Team.

Verantwortungen

  • Leitung des Teams für Pricing, Deal Planning und Merchandise Management 
  • Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Pricing Prozesse
  • Entscheidungen zur Preissteuerung 
  • Analyse der Sortimentsperformance und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Konzeption und Implementierung innovativer Deal-Strukturen, die perfekt zu Kundenbedarf sowie Sortiment passen 
  • Performance-Planung und -Prognose in Absprache mit unserem Buying- und Marketing-Team 
  • Übernahme von cross-funktionalen Projekten

 Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gestaltung von Pricing Modellen, Merchandise Management gerne im Bereich Mode, eCommerce oder im Rahmen von Beratungsprojekten
  • Sehr gute MS Excel Kenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Kreativität bei der Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze
  • Erste Erfahrung als Führungskraft sowie im Off-Price- oder Outlet-Segment wünschenswert
