Deine Aufgaben
Konzernabschluss (Kernaufgabe)
  • Erstellung und Analyse der monatlichen und jährlichen Konzernabschlüsse nach IFRS
  • Verantwortung der Konsolidierungen im Konzern, u.a. Abstimmung und Eliminierung von konzerninternen Umsätzen und Salden
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung der Konzernbilanzierungslichtlinien, sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung eines Bilanzierungshandbuchs
Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle für Wirtschaftsprüfer: Koordination von Prüfungsanfragen, und fachliche Klärungen
  • Abstimmung prüfungsrelevanter Themen und fristgerechte Umsetzung von Empfehlungen
Reporting & Analyse
  • Erstellung des regelmäßigen Konzern-Reportings für Management und Vorstand
  • Kommentierung wesentlicher Entwicklungen im Konzernabschluss und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Prozess- & Systemoptimierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Systeme
  • Optimierung von Reporting- und Accounting-Prozessen
  • Optimierung der Abschlussprozesse im internationalen Umfeld
Beratung der Konzernabteilungen und Tochtergesellschaften
  • Unterstützung der lokalen Finance-Teams bei Bilanzierungs- und Reporting-Fragen, ggf. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von HGB-Abschlüssen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung in der Prüfung oder prüfungsnahen Beratung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS, HGB und Konsolidierungstechniken
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, idealerweise auf internationaler Ebene
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Versierter Umgang mit Office Anwendungen, idealweise auch eine Konsolidierungssoftware
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sorgfalt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
