Your responsibilities:

• Shape the Future of Eurex: Play a key role in developing and executing strategic projects that will directly impact Eurex's success
• Deep Dive into Market Dynamics: Gain unparalleled insights into the intricate workings of exchange market structure and design
• Influence Strategic Decisions: Analyze the competitive and regulatory landscape to provide valuable insights that will guide the team's strategic direction
• Uncover Key Trading Trends: Conduct quantitative analyses of product dynamics and market participant trading activity and utilize findings to the benefit of running initiatives
• Optimize and Innovate: Streamline processes, create compelling presentations, and develop crucial decision materials for upper management
• Experience Derivatives Trading First-Hand: Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of derivatives trading at a leading global exchange

Your profile:

• You are studying Economics, Finance or a related field in a master's program and are close to graduation
• You gained already experience in the derivatives trading space and/or strategic business analysis through former internships or jobs
• You possess expert-level presentation and design skills, allowing you to communicate effectively through compelling visuals. You communicate clearly and persuasively, delivering impactful presentations and effectively conveying your ideas
• You excel at research and analysis, quickly grasping complex information and drawing insightful conclusions. You think strategically, readily identifying trends and developing innovative solutions
• You are a highly motivated team player, eager to contribute and collaborate effectively as well as willing to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving team success
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
