Your contribution:

• First contact person for SSC Team
  regarding Lease-in related questions regarding invoices, dunning, rental payment escalations, enforcements, return payments etc.
• Interface Management
  between different Stakeholders internally and externally (especially Sparring Partner for German Real Estate Team)
• Create KPI & SLA reports, statistics and evaluations
  for all processes in the area of finance operations
• Perform
  cash flow reporting
  and lease reviews regarding
  IFRS 16 Accounting
• Perform
  SOX
  and internal controls including documentation and monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Quality assurance of
  SSC activities
  & Steering of permanent
  training courses
  for SSC team members
• Operational involvement in complex
  accounting projects & account clarifications
  related to German landlords

What makes you stand out:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting
• An university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• In-depth knowledge in the special areas of Real Estate Leases
• Advanced knowledge of German contract law (Real Estate related) & IFRS 16 Leases
• Good knowledge of SAP REFX & further SAP Finance Modules
• Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications infrastructure
• Fluent German (C1) and English skills written and spoken
