THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As a Founders Associate Intern - Growth for our G2M-Team, you will work very closely with Dirk (Director Marketing and Business Development) to bring charles' Go-to-Market motion to a new level.
You will be at the forefront to enable best-in class processes, data structures and prospect offerings. This position is perfect for someone who wants to move things and have an impact, while learning a lot on the way, especially in the Go-To-Market-side. All of this in one of the fastest-growing and exciting startups in Berlin.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Performance Steering Support: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key performance metrics across marketing and pre-sales functions
- CRM Data & Process Management: Help maintain and improve our CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and developing efficient processes
- Go-to-Market Execution: Contribute to our G2M strategy by creating compelling assets and implementing best practice setups
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities
- You like fast-paced environments, such as top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
- You have strong PPT and Excel skills
- Automation and AI skills, next to experience in CRM systems like Hubspot is a plus
- You are highly structured and know how to divide and conquer complex problems, enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
- You have excellent English writing and conversational skills
- Learning, learning, learning
