Als Store Crew Member auf Minijob Basis kümmerst Du Dich um alles rund um unseren Store – Von der täglichen Öffnung des Shops bis zum Ladenschluss. 
Du prüfst den Produktbestand, sorgst dafür, dass die Kunden happy sind und der Store ordentlich ist.

• Store direkt am Ostbahnhof – easy zu erreichen & perfekt für den schnellen Feierabend-Drink (Wasser natürlich)

Deine Aufgaben

• Du kümmerst Dich selbstständig ums Öffnen (11:00 Uhr) und Schließen (18:00 Uhr) des Stores an einem der Öffnungstage (Montag - Freitag) und sorgst dafür, dass alles ready und ordentlich ist, damit der Shopfloor für den nächsten Tag top aussieht.
• Du bist unser Face to the World – erklärst die Scentaste-Technologie und hilfst den Kunden, ihre neuen Lieblingsflavors zu finden.
• Du machst den Store zum Good-Vibes-Ort, an dem sich alle wohlfühlen und happy wieder rausgehen.
• Du managst die Produktproben an der Trial Bar und achtest darauf, dass alles sauber bleibt.

Du bist fit in Deutsch und Englisch und hast Lust, eine komplette Schicht pro Woche zu übernehmen?

• Retail oder Gastro Erfahrung? Nice, aber wichtiger: Du baust easy Kundenbeziehungen auf und schenkst ihnen ein Erlebnis, das hängenbleibt.
• Kundenliebe Du bist das Gesicht von air up – happy Kund:innen sind dein Ding.
• Selbstständigkeit & Initiative Du behältst den Überblick, packst mit an und wartest nicht auf Ansagen.
• Das Auge fürs Detail Du merkst, was Kund:innen wirklich wollen, und bringst die kleinen Extras, die den Unterschied machen.
• Kommunikationsprofi Du hörst zu, beantwortest Fragen sofort und sorgst dafür, dass jede:r den Store mit einem guten Gefühl und Lieblingsprodukten verlässt.
• Business Mindset Du zeigst, wie air up easy in den Alltag passt und ihn direkt aufpeppt.
