Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
Ihre Aufgaben:
Verbesserung und operative Weiterentwicklung des Problemlösungsmanagement (PRM) – Prozesses in Bezug auf projektspezifische Anforderungen gemäß Automotive SPICE inklusive Sicherstellung der ProzessumsetzungVerantwortlich für die Überwachung und sie Synchronisation von Fehlertickets in diversen Tickt-ToolsRepräsentation und Reporting des Projektes in Meetings und enge Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren internen als auch externen StakeholdernUnterstützung der Entwickler (m/w/d) und Ticketautoren (m/w/d) im Hinblick auf alle relevanten PRM-Themen Verfolgung des Gesamtstatus von PRM-Tickets sowie Erstellung von Berichten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit beteiligten Projektmanagern (m/w/d) sowie Spezialisten (m/w/d)Ihr Profil:
Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare QualifkationErfahrung im Variantenmanagement oder alternativ im AnforderungsmanagementKenntnisse in systemtechnischen Prozessen und Methoden (ASPICE, V-Modell)Grundkenntnisse in Skript-Sprachen Eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gesundes Maß an QualitätsbewusstseinSehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift-
