Are you a visionary Segment Manager (Construction / Mobility / Industry) ready to drive innovation and lead our company to new heights? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and make a significant impact. Join our team and contribute to our success

INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Implement global segment and g2m oc strategy incl. Required local adaptations and across all channels
  • Gain deep insights on local customer needs (min. 2 – 4 days / month plus sales meetings) and competitor offerings
  • Ensure budget achievement (e.g. By campaigns, promotions, margin mgmt.)
  • Act as sparring partner for mkt & sales reg. Segm-specific topics
  • Guide local mktg & sales in implementation of g2m approach
  • Support sales with mktg material and in relevant customer meetings
  • Share best practices within regional mktg community (powerhouse only)
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Track achievement of segment related kpis (with reg. Control.)
  • Initiate improvement measures based on analytical insight (with reg. Marketing analytics)
  • Provide feedback on local value proposition
  • Prioritize local segment needs to ensure max. relevance of global guidelines (with global segment mgmt & reg. Marketing)
  • Pilot initiatives (with global segment mgmt – powerhouse only)
