Aufgaben

  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows for our enterprise customers.
  • Configure and customize modules such as ITSM and ITOM (must-have), as well as HRSD, CSM, or App Engine.
  • Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings, document requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and continuous platform improvements.

Profil

  • You have ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and ideally Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • You bring 2–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • You have solid skills in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide, and IntegrationHub.
  • You have experience with ITSM and ITOM modules – HRSD or CSM are a plus.
  • You're a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both technical and business teams.
  • You're organized, self-motivated, and take initiative to drive solutions forward.
  • You already live in Germany and are eligible to work here (work permit required).
