Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Unterstützung des Store Managements sowie dessen direkte Vertretung bei Abwesenheit
  • Mitverantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung, die Organisation und Kontrolle der Geschäftsprozesse sowie die Erstellung von Statistiken, Reports und Auswertungen
  • Aktiver Verkauf des TASCHEN-Programms, einschließlich Collector's Editions und Art Prints
  • Gestaltung positiver Einkaufserlebnisse durch serviceorientierte Kundenbetreuung
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Erweiterung des Kundenstamms sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Signierstunden, Buchpräsentationen und Autorengesprächen
  • Überwachung der Warenversorgung und des Lagerbestands sowie Durchführung von Bestellungen, monatlichen Inventuren und der Jahresinventur
  • Verantwortung für ein stets gepflegtes, ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild des Stores

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise im gehobenen Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Kunst- oder Galerieumfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein positives Auftreten
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Gespür für Kunden sowie exzellenten Service
  • Sicheres, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Begeisterung und Affinität für die Themen des TASCHEN-Verlagsprogramms
  • Idealerweise gute Kontakte in die Berliner Kunst- und Kulturszene
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
