Our design team in Ruesselsheim is looking for a talented Creative Designer Interior (m/f/d).

What to expect

  • Independently creates and develops new innovative designs for automotive vehicles or other products, following the design process from the sketch form to final release in both 2 and 3-dimensional form
  • Works with studio engineers, modelers, designers, service and fabrication personnel in the development of world-class product excellence
  • Visualizes and integrates customer focused needs, ensuring brand differentiation, consistent with Brand and design strategies into creative proposals
  • Develops brand-relevant Bold and Pure design solutions based on strategic as well as technical cost and program requirements

What we expect

  • Bachelor degree / Diploma with a major in Automotive or Industrial Design or Master degree in Automotive Design or equivalent qualification
  • Brings extreme creativity and visionary thinking, demonstrates full understanding of Brand form language
  • Displays outstanding drawing/graphic skills/proportional sensitivity and digital expertise (photoshop, Alias, and if possible AI-Tools, Vred)
  • Proposes Brand relevant Bold and Pure design solutions on the basis of strategic, technical, cost and program requirements
  • Outstanding ability to translate 2-dimensional design ideas into 3-dimensional scale or full-size models
  • Previous experience within Automotive Design field is desirable
  • Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities for successful collaboration with Engineering and Marketing, as well as within the Design team
  • Business fluent English skills
