How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? ​

Als Industrial Risk Manager (PRMR) sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Identifikation, Bewertung und Minderung von industriellen Risiken über den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Anlagen und Projekte.

Sie arbeiten in folgenden Schwerpunkten: 

  • Systematische Identifikation, Bewertung und Klassifizierung industrieller Risiken (Design, Ausstattung, Instandhaltung und Betrieb) für bestehende und neue Anlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Standorten und den technischen Experten der AIR LIQUIDE

  • Durchführung wiederkehrender Risikostudien (z.B.Hazard and operability studies (Hazop), Layer-of-protection-analyses (LOPA)) für Bestandsanlagen.

  • Durchführung von Risikobewertungen im industriellen Änderungsmanagement (Management of Change)

  • Mitwirkung an oder Durchführung von Fehlerursachenanalysen (Root Cause Analyses) zu Vorfällen und Ereignissen.

Weiterentwicklung:

  • Parallele technische Weiterbildung (on the job), aktiver Austausch und Mitwirkung in internen Expertenkreisen und ggf. externen Gremien/Verbänden.

  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Methoden und der Effizienz im Risk Management.

  • Unterstützung anderer Bereiche in technischen Fragen und bei Risikobewertungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Aus- und Fortbildung von Mitarbeitern im Risk Management.

Are you a MATCH?

Qualifikation und Erfahrung:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrens-, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung).

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement oder in vergleichbaren technischen Tätigkeiten in einem Umfeld mit hohen Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), Industrial Audits, Systemmanagement oder industrielles Betriebsmanagement).

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessrisiken ist von Vorteil.

Fachkenntnisse:

  • Kenntnisse über Methoden zur Risikobewertung wie HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA (oder vergleichbare Methoden) sind von Vorteil.

Persönliche Fähigkeiten:

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Reisebereitschaft zu den AL Standorten in Deutschland (Schwerpunktregion WEST) - mobiles Arbeiten ist möglich
