Um diese hohen Qualitätsstandards in unseren Produkten und Prozessen sicherzustellen, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die als Teil des globalen Qualitätsmanagements und unserer lokalen Produktionseinheit die Produkt- und Prozessqualität am Standort aktiv gestaltet. Sie sorgen für die pragmatische Umsetzung der Qualitätsstrategie des Unternehmens und die Zusammenarbeit in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette (Wareneingang, Produktion, Warenausgang) hinsichtlich Qualität. Sie sind der Anwalt des Kunden nach innen und der Vertreter unserer Qualitäts- und Unternehmensinteressen nach außen.

 
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie stellen die Produkt- und der Prozessqualität sicher und verbessern sie kontinuierlichReklamationen überführen Sie zeitgerecht in nachhaltige Problemlösungen Sie gestalten eine effektive und effiziente Prüfarchitektur und sorgen für deren UmsetzungSie lenken die Qualität von Unterauftragnehmern und LieferantenSie sorgen für die Transparenz der Qualitätslage vom Shopfloor bis zum Top ManagementSie schaffen eine akzeptierte und respektierte Prozesswelt, die sowohl in internen als auch  externen Überprüfungen überzeugtSie auditieren auch an anderen Standorten ggf. global und übernehmen best practisesIhre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen FachrichtungBerufserfahrung: 3–5 Jahre in einer relevanten PositionZusatzqualifikationen: Zertifizierung als QMF (Qualitätsmanagement-Fachkraft) und QMB (Qualitätsmanagement-Beauftragter)Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseGleichzeitig pragmatischer Umsetzer mit Begeisterung für operative UmsetzungDeutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und SchriftErfahrung in folgenden Bereichen wünscheswert:
Audit und QualitätsmanagementSix SigmaReliability Engineering8D-MethodikFMEA (Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse)SFM (Shopfloor Management)
