Job Description

Infosys Sweden is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect to design and lead robust security architectures across enterprise systems. You will define strategic security frameworks, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to embed security-by-design. The role demands forward‐thinking planning, threat modeling, and guiding adoption of best practices and emerging technologies to protect data, systems, and business continuity in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define enterprise security architecture aligned with business strategy and risk tolerance.
  • Lead threat modeling, security assessments, and mitigation planning for systems.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS, ISO27001) across all architectural layers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls into solutions.
  • Select and design security tools for identity, network, data protection.
  • Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend mitigation or technology adoption.
  • Oversee incident response readiness and architecture supporting resilience strategies.
  • Mentor junior architects; enforce security principles, standards, and governance.
Skill & Experience
  • Deep expertise in security architecture patterns, risk management and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) services.
  • Excellent understanding of identity access management, encryption, and tokenization.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical security solutions effectively.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or relevant cybersecurity credentials preferred.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, cross‐functional stakeholder collaboration mastery.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
