We are a European music publishing company with offices in Munich, Rome, and London. Our clients are media professionals across the audiovisual industry – we create and publish "Music for global Content." To further expand our presence in the
Portuguese market
, we are looking for a motivated
(Junior) Music Supervisor (f/m/d)
.

The position can be performed on-site in Munich or remotely – ideally from Portugal.

Part-time with the possibility to extend to full-time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain active relationships with existing clients and users of our library in Portugal
  • Research and proactively reach out to potential new clients, especially in Portuguese radio, TV, and film
  • Support music selection: create suitable playlists based on client requests or on your own initiative
  • Create and distribute our newsletter for the Portuguese media industry
  • Conduct client visits, whenever possible, to strengthen relationships and present our music offering
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and industry events to expand our network
  • Support the Spanish team in the same areas (market research, client communication, music supervision, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Initial professional experience in the media, music, or creative industry
  • Hands-on experience and an established network in the Portuguese media sector, ideally with contacts at TV broadcasters, radio stations, and production companies
  • Fluent Portuguese at
    native
    level
  • Very good English skills; good Spanish is a plus
  • Strong affinity for music and the ability to understand editorial and creative needs
  • Communicative, organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Independent, structured work style and motivation to actively shape the Portuguese market
