Dein angesteuertes Ziel

  • Aktive Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft innerhalb des Bereichs Accounts Payable
  • Durchführung der sachlichen und rechnerischen Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen unter Maßgabe der Einhaltung des 3-Way-Matching
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse im Kreditorenbereich
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen und Abstimmung lokaler Kreditoren Prozesse

Dein bisheriger Kurs

  • Aktuelles Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
