The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile
Junior Technical Integrator & Deployment Engineer.

This is a great opportunity for a talented junior profile ready to immerse themselves in complex technical challenges.

This role requires a flexible, start-up oriented profile ready to jump into a
wide array of technical and project management tasks.

You will be instrumental in learning all facets of technical project implementation, providing essential client support, and ensuring successful solution integration.

We are looking for someone eager to
evolve mid-term into a Senior Technical Project Manager.

Your tasks

You will be involved in many critical project phases, working alongside senior team members to learn, grow, and eventually manage these tasks autonomously:

  • Support & Diagnostics:
    Provide 1st Level Customer Support (initial diagnostics, solution status checks) and quickly identify the source of technical blockages (network, server, application, etc).
  • Go Live at our client's sites:
    Responsibility for physical installation of hardware (Digiscan, beacons, etc.) and solutions' configuration at our client's sites.
  • Deployment & Configuration:
    Establish VPN tunnels, Configure Linux/Docker servers, set up the core application stack, and implement scripts.
  • Mobile Device Management:
    Deploy and update Android applications (APKs) via MDM (Mobile Device Management), manage configurations, and utilize tools like JSON, Android Intents and webservices for system integration.
  • Documentation & Testing:
    Create detailed technical documentation (installation guides, exploitation files) and perform comprehensive functional testing of solutions before client deployment.
  • Flexibility & Ad Hoc Tasks:
    Be prepared to assist with other less technical activities based on evolving business needs and priorities

Your profile

  • Education or/and practical experience in Computer Science , Information Technology, Network Administration or Applied Computer Science
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness of "learning by doing"
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and Europe.
  • Valid driving licence
