Change Management: You drive change and transformation within the organizationCoaching and Transparency: You coach teams in order to ensure delivery and create and support transparency within teamsInnovative Discussion: You discuss ideas and find new ways of workingProcess Optimization: You continuously measure and improve processes to e.g. reduce cycle time and identify bottlenecksDepartmental Alignment: You ensure the alignment between different departments to decrease the feedback cycle timeCollaborative Focus: You work alongside Product Managers, leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that the work is flowing and the focus is on the right things at the right time

Your fitness level

Must-haves:Kanban Method Experience: You know that Kanban is more than a board. You have successfully guided organizational change through the lens of the KMMMethodology Proficiency: You have formal training from the Kanban University - mid to advanced level like KSI, KMM, or KCP. Desirably, you understand Flight Levels, Theory of Constraints and how to translate lean concepts to knowledge workDelivery-oriented mindset: You can act as delivery/project manager when required, supporting the teams and departments to deliver their cross-team initiatives smoothly. You use your observations from the trenches to feed back your KMM assessmentsAdditional:Flexibility in Execution: You are solid on the WHY and WHAT while being flexible on HOWRespectful Change Agent: You respect without judgements the current process and at the same time you pursue evolutionary changeInfluential Communication: You are a strong communicator and coach who can influence different layers on the organization by asking the right questionsTechnical Expertise: You have a well-founded technical knowledge and a data-driven approach for working process improvementTooling: You are capable of maintaining processes and workflows in Jira and act as an Admin for this toolContinuous Learning: You are a lifelong learner and desirably, an active member of the Kanban community

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Team Insight: You develop a deep understanding of our teamsProduct Familiarity: You are familiar with EGYM products and the ecosystemRole Clarity: You have a good understanding of the roles of the different teams in the software engineering departmentRespected Presence: You are a known and well-respected member of the product management team and the software engineering department
