Main Mission

Design and improve the user experience of PEGA applications, particularly in the context of adopting the
Constellation
framework.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct UX research and understand user needs and workflows
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI concepts
  • Design user journeys aligned with
    PEGA
    case management principles
  • Review and optimize UI configurations to ensure ergonomic and efficient interfaces
  • Propose UX recommendations to simplify screens and improve usability
  • Participate in design workshops and challenge functional and technical proposals
  • Identify UX inconsistencies and propose improvements
  • Perform UI configurations in
    PEGA
    (Constellation or UI-Kit) when required
  • Work closely with business and technical architects to ensure a consistent design approach

Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in UX Design, ideally in complex application environments
  • Practical experience with
    PEGA
    ; Constellation experience strongly appreciated
  • Strong understanding of design systems and low-code framework constraints
  • Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, intuitive user flows

Conditions

  • Freelancers accepted
  • EU work permit required
  • Mostly remote work, with occasional on-site days
  • English required.
