Diese Aufgaben Erwarten Dich

  • Mitarbeit in einem globalen User Experience Team mit enger Abstimmung über Standorte und Kulturen hinweg
  • Gestaltung von User-Flows, Mock-ups, Storyboards und Prototypen zur Kommunikation von Designideen
  • Einsatz von Know-how in Usability, Human Factors und UI-Design zur Entwicklung intuitiver Nutzererlebnisse und zur Unterstützung von Produktvalidierung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Design-Dokumentationen zur Sicherstellung von Konsistenz und Skalierbarkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Engineering und weiteren Stakeholdern zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung nutzerzentrierter Designlösungen

Das Bringst Du Mit

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Produktdesign mit Fokus auf nutzerzentrierte Lösungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Design- und Prototyping-Tools wie Sketch oder Figma
  • Erfahrung in ganzheitlichem Design Thinking mit strategischem Blick auf Usability, Business-Ziele und Ästhetik
  • Flexibilität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Themen und visuellen Stilen
  • Fähigkeit, Branding und Designsysteme konsistent in Produktlösungen zu integrieren
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
