Aufgaben
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Abschluss, einschließlich interner und externer Kommunikation
  • Identifizierung und Mitbearbeitung von Herausforderungen im Projektverlauf und in Prozessen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung bei allen Projekten sicherzustellen
  • Aktive Mitentwicklung und Optimierung unternehmensinterner Prozesse und Tools
  • Unterstützung im Asset Refinancing Bereich
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und verwaltenden Tätigkeiten (Blick auf Posteingänge, Recherchearbeit, Bestellungen etc.)
Qualifikation
  • Gründliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit einem besonderen Blick auf Verbesserungspotenzial
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und einen Blick für Details
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Erfahrung als Teamassistenz / Projektassistenz oder ähnlichen Stellen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Solar- oder SHK-Branche von Vorteil
