What awaits you at Mynaric
  • Support optics serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Optics operations to pack units, and warehouse to ensure timely dispatches.
  • Assist in the operation of optical manufacturing equipment, vacuum coating and CNC metrology systems.
  • Organize, and oversee the logistics and transportation of products, and equipment.
  • Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies during Packing and handling of goods
  • Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a work environment using 5S standards.


What you bring with you
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in industrial field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical shopfloor and CNC industry is advantage.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
