Als Customer Care Representative spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, erstklassige Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen und eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Teams sicherzustellen.

Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit Kolleg:innen aus Vertrieb, Logistik und technischem Support und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Anfragen, die Auftragsabwicklung und die schnelle Lösung von Problemen. Damit trägst du dazu bei, dass wir uns in Richtung einer kundenorientierten und effizienten Zukunft bewegen.

So bringst du dich ein

  • Hauptansprechpartner für Kundenbestellungen in der EMEA-Region

  • Prüfung eingehender Bestellungen auf Richtigkeit, einschließlich Preise, Lieferbedingungen und Produktverfügbarkeit

  • Koordination mit unseren globalen Produktionsstandorten für termingerechte Lieferung

  • Bestellungen bestätigen, Kundenanfragen beantworten und Updates bereitstellen

  • Interne Teams und den Außendienst bei allen Aspekten der Auftragsabwicklung unterstützen

Was wir suchen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und serviceorientierte Einstellung

  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig Teamplayer zu sein

  • Organisiert, anpassungsfähig und belastbar in stressigen Situationen

  • Erfahrung mit SAP (inkl. EDI) und MS Office

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
