Your TasksDo you have strong analytical thinking and are you passionate about Sales and Shopper & Customer Marketing, and looking to gain experience within our leading dermocosmetic brand Eucerin? Eucerin Europe is seeking a motivated intern to join our European Sales and S&CM team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting to drive Eucerin's commercial excellence in pharmacies across Europe.
- Support the team in analyzing key sales performance metrics and market data and create reports and PowerPoint presentations summarizing key insights
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of Sell-in stories and POS Material for POS activations across Europe
- Update regional planograms
- Track POS executions and gather country feedback from our European countries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, our European countries as well as external agencies to drive best-in-class POS activations and Sales projects
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field, with several semesters successfully completed
- Officially enrolled for the entire duration of the internship or during a gap year
- Initial practical experience gained through qualified internships
- International mindset, ideally developed through experience abroad and confident English language skills
- Strong logic and numerical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights
- Demonstrating a structured and proactive approach to work
- Enthusiastic about Commercial Excellence, Shopper & Customer Marketing and Sales topics
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
