Responsibilities
  • Inspecting vehicles and assessing all types of damage
  • Conducting structured damage assessments using our in-house iPad applications
  • Evaluating damage images for plausibility and compatibility
  • Actively advising and supporting customers in the claims management process
  • Securing evidence and analyzing accident causes and associated damage
  • Collaborating with a team of experts and engaging in continuous knowledge exchange
Qualifications
  • Certified master craftsman in the automotive trade | Dipl.-Ing. | B.Sc. | B.Eng. | Training as an expert
  • Enjoy working with people | confident and professional demeanor | strong customer orientation
  • Good command of German, both written and spoken | strong communication skills
  • Enjoyment of field work with occasional travel required
