The Client Service Experts EMEA HUB team is the central point of contact for external portfolio managers from all over the world. The responsibility for the (administrative) support of the account management of master KVG mandates for our institutional clients forms the core of this position. This role is based in our Frankfurt office,

What you will do

• Coordinate work with internal specialist departments to ensure efficient and effective processes in all areas of the institutional fund business - including risk management, investment compliance, trade support and accounting
• Monitor compliance with the investment guidelines in the portfolios
• Clarify any breaches with the portfolio managers and the compliance department and assess their financial impact
• Working closely with account management to develop customized solutions (e.g. reports, data) that are tailored to the needs of our clients.

What you bring

• Enrolled student of economics or a comparable field of study with at least two completed semesters
• Interest in asset management, ideally proven by internships
• Good written and spoken language skills both German and English are a must
• Confident handling of MS Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
• Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
