Produktionsmitarbeiter/helfer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung und Verpackung der Bremsbeläge

  • Bedienung und Befüllung der Anlagen

  • Pressen und Mischen nach Vorgaben

  • Einrichten der Pressen und Werkzeuge

  • Belag entnehmen, entgraten und signieren

  • Umbauten

  • Qualitätskontrolle

  • Dokumentation (Schichtjournal, Fehlerbeschreibung)

  • Buchungen im System

  • Haltung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung

  • Kleine Störungen erkennen und ggf. selbst beheben

  • KVP

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung im technischen bzw. handwerklichen Bereich und Einrichterschein sind von Vorteil

  • Technisches Verständnis

  • Nach Arbeitsanweisungen arbeiten

  • Einfache Zeichnung lesen

  • EDV-Kenntnisse / Office Anwendungen

  • Staplerschein

  • Bereitschaft zur Mehrarbeit

  • Teamfähigkeit

  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten

  • Zuverlässig

  • Belastbarkeit

  • Handwerkliches Geschick

  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
