Your Responsibilities
Strategic and operational responsibility for HR activities at the Velbert siteProfessional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Business Partner team and PayrollSupport in implementing personnel measures in compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulationsEvaluation and handling of legal matters related to labor lawTrustful collaboration with the local works council, including negotiation of works agreementsContinuous development and professionalization of HR processes, considering SAP SuccessFactorsIndependent identification of HR-relevant areas for action, development and implementation of HR initiativesParticipation in global projects and close cooperation with HR colleagues in an international networkYour Profile
Completed degree in economics with a focus on HR or law with a specialization in labor law, or a comparable qualificationOpen, personable, and motivating leadership personality with several years of experience in team developmentExtensive expertise in all HR topics: solid knowledge in labor law, social security and tax law, payroll, and change management, preferably from the automotive industryAnalytical thinking and strategic mindsetWhat We Offer
