Das sind deine Aufgaben:
  • End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für die Implementierung von Silent AI bei Kund:innen – vom Kick‑off über Installation und Integration bis zum produktiven Betrieb
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:in, IT, Product & Engineering und sorgst für saubere, transparente und termingerechte Umsetzung
  • Planung & Steuerung von Kundenprojekten: Anforderungsaufnahme → Projektplan → Abnahme/Go‑Live
  • Koordination von Lieferung, Installation und Netzwerkintegration der Appliance (On‑Prem/DMZ)
  • Datenquellen anbinden (z. B. SharePoint, Confluence, Fileserver, Datenbanken, REST/GraphQL‑APIs)
  • Sicherheit & Compliance im Blick behalten (Identity/Access, Netzwerksegmente, Logging)
  • Projektstatus, Risiken & Entscheidungen klar kommunizieren (intern & extern)
  • Feedback aus Markt & Projekten zu Features, Konnektoren & UI einholen, mit Product Management priorisieren, Beta‑Tests neuer Releases begleiten


Das bringst du mit:

Must‑haves
  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im IT‑Projektmanagement im B2B‑Umfeld (Implementierung/Integration von Lösungen)
  • Technischer Background: Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä.) oder gleichwertige Praxis
  • Hands‑on‑Skillset: Linux, Netzwerke (TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall), APIs, Datenbanken
  • Neugier auf LLM/RAG‑Architekturen, Vektordatenbanken & Retrieval
  • Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Nice to have
  • Erfahrung mit On‑Prem‑Appliances, Kubernetes/Container, SSO/IdP (AD/Entra/Keycloak)
  • Grundverständnis von MLOps/Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing)
  • Zertifizierungen (z. B. PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP) oder agile Praxis (Scrum/Kanban)
