• Als Trusted Advisor und Services Architect begleiten Sie unsere Kunden ganzheitlich in ihrer digitalen Transformation und in die Cloud im Rahmen von RISE with SAP und SAP GROW – von der Strategie über die Roadmap bis zur messbaren Wertrealisierung.
• End-to-End-Architekturberatung und Implementierungskompetenz für innovative Zoll- und Außenhandelsprozesse in komplexen, hybriden Systemlandschaften (On-Premise, Cloud, Third-Party), inklusive Integrations-, Daten- und Sicherheitsarchitektur auf Basis von S/4HANA, SAP GTS, SAP S/4HANA for international trade, SAP Watch List Screening (WLS), SAP TM und SAP EWM.
• Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Innovationen mit AI/ML-Anwendungen und Cloud-Erweiterungen (z. B. SAP BTP, APIs, etc.), von der Use-Case-Identifikation über Proof of Concepts bis zur Skalierung in den Betrieb.
• Fachliche Prozessberatung und Optimierung in International-Trade-Themen: Außenhandelsklassifizierungen (Tarifierung, HS/ECCN), Exportkontrolle und Compliance Management, Import/Export, besondere Zollverfahren, Präferenz- und Ursprungsmanagement sowie INTRASTAT.
• Operative Projektarbeit in allen Phasen nach SAP Activate bzw. agilen Vorgehensmodellen.
• Technische Implementierung inkl. Customizing, Schnittstellen (z. B. IDoc, OData/REST), Erweiterungen und Programmierung (z. B. BAdIs, User-Exits, RAP/BTP), sowie Evaluierung und Analyse von Erweiterungsoptionen gegenüber dem SAP-Standard.
• Qualitätssicherung & Governance für intern und extern geführte Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekte
• Beratung und Begleitung in Vorphasen sowie zwischen Innovationszyklen: Assessments, Business-Case-Erarbeitung, Cloud-Readiness, Cutover-Planung, Post-Go-Live-Optimierung.
• Weiterentwicklung unseres Service-Know-hows und Portfolios
• Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Customer Success: Presales, Angebotserstellung, Demo- und PoC-Design, Aufwandsschätzungen sowie Unterstützung bei RfP/RfQ.
• Coaching und Einarbeitung von Junior-Kollegen sowie aktiver Beitrag zum Wissensaustausch, Community-Aufbau und Thought Leadership im Team.

Was du mitbringst:  

• Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen, bevorzugt mit Vertiefung im Bereich Zoll- und Außenhandel
• Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP-Logistikanwendungen (SD, MM) und bevorzugt in SAP GTS, insbesondere mit SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Zoll-, Außenhandels- und Präferenzprozessen in verschiedenen Industrien
• Augeprägtes Verständnis von Transformationsprojekten inkl. Kenntnisse zu SAP Cloud Anwendungen, Transformationsprogrammen und Cloud-Kennzahlen
• Tiefes Verständnis der Business-Anforderungen von Unternehmen und Anwendern
• Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken
• Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Logistikprozesse, Belegflüsse, Datenstrukturen und Kernprozesse in SAP S/4 HANA. Weitere Kenntnisse in Bezug auf SAP TM und SAP EWM sind von Vorteil.
• Begeisterung für neue Technologien und proaktive Anwendung von AI- und Cloud-Anwendungen
• Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten, auch unter Zeitdruck und in unterschiedlichen Szenarien
• Belastbarkeit und Spaß an Multitasking
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
