We are a multilingual team with flat hierarchies and a culture built on trust, friendliness, and collaboration. We are looking for a Working Student to join us in Berlin and support our People & Culture and Office Management teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and become an integral part of our team.

Your Tasks:
  • HR Data & Administration: Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decisions. You'll maintain data accuracy in our HR tools, such as Personio and Leapsome, and handle administrative tasks related to employee development, organisational structures, and well-being.
  • Performance & Development: Assist with our performance review cycle on Leapsome, from setting up user accounts and configuring competencies to creating training materials and analyzing survey results.
  • Organizational Projects: Support of various HR projects, including creating and maintaining internal knowledge base content on Confluence and drafting company-wide communications.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Berlin office, manage supplies and inventory, handle incoming mail, and coordinate with external vendors. You'll also play a key role in organizing team events and social activities.
Your Profile:

You are a currently enrolled student in Berlin, ideally in a field such as Business Administration, Psychology, or a related social science program. You are a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable individual with a hands-on mentality. You're not afraid to ask questions and suggest improvements. You have a good command of both English and German (B2 level or above) and are comfortable with Google Suite.
